President of the Ural Financial Holding OJSC Oleg Gusev Born 3 April 1964. 1986: graduated from the Ural Polytechnic University in Ekaterinburg with the degree of Electrical Engineer 1986-1990: worked in various engineering positions at M.I. Kalinin Sverdlovsk Machine Building Plant Scientific and Production Association (SPA), Ekaterinburg 1990: commenced professional activity in Russia’s credit institutions. In 1993, actively participated in the establishment of the Gold Platinum Bank; in February 1994, became its CEO. 1997: got a second degree in Finance and Credit at the Ural State University of Economics. 1998-2001: worked in managerial positions at major financial organizations of Russia (Moscow, Ekaterinburg).   October 2001: became CEO of the Ural Financial Holding Open Joint Stock Company. June 2002: elected Chairman of the Board of the Treasures of the Urals Bank. Was twice elected as deputy in the Sverdlovsk Oblast Legislative Assembly.   February 2004 – May 2009: Member of the Sverdlovsk Oblast Government, Deputy Chairman of the Sverdlovsk Oblast Government. 	Alexei Shangurov Born 22 August 1959. 2 higher education degrees – technical and economical (diplomas with honours). November 1981 – October 1994: full-time postgraduate course, then research officer at the ferromagnetics laboratory of the Institute of Metal Physics of the Urals Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. November 1994 – October 2005: worked at the Ekaterinburg Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant OJSC as Head Accountant, Deputy Director General – Finance, Financial Controller. January 2006 – May 2010: Advisor to the President of the Ural Financial Holding OJSC, Project Manager. June 2010 to present: Vice President of the Ural Financial Holding OJSC.
	Vladimir Shulgin Born 4 June 1945. Has been working in various positions in the construction industry for more than 30 years. 1983 to 1990: head of the design and construction administration in the city of Magadan. Decorated with the Sign of Honour order. Honorary Builder of Russia. Since 1993, has been working in the banking sector. In 1993, appointed Vice President of Gold Platinum Bank JSCB. February 2004 – March 2009: held positions of the President of the Ural Financial Holding OJSC, Director of Transspetsmashstroy LLC. August 2009 to present: Vice President of the Ural Financial Holding OJSC.
